Do you charge per deal or per listing?
No. The price is per broker, whether you're running two listings or twenty.
What does it cost to add a broker to my office?
Each additional broker is $299/mo. Larger offices can receive a volume discount, so tell us about your office first.
Do buyers and sellers pay?
No.
Do you charge for storage?
No.
What happens at the end of the 30 days?
We charge your card $299 a broker and Seal keeps running. We'll notify you before your trial is up. If you cancel before then, you won't be charged.
What happens to my deals if I stop paying?
You can export your data, but lose access to Seal's suite of products.
How long does it take to move my book across?
About a day.

How long does the $49 last?

Yes. Your first five brokers are $49 each and the rest are $299 each.
My office is part of a franchise. Which part counts as the office?
Yours. A spot covers the brokers in one office under one owner, not every office that shares a brand.
